We are looking for good people to train as school bus drivers. Training is done by professional, certified instructors. Even if you have never before driven a large vehicle, we specialize in training people like you. The buses in our modern fleet are equipped with automatic transmissions, and you may be able to drive in your own school district.

The individuals who drive these big, yellow buses are truly special people performing a special task. And although they are as varied as the children they transport, they have a common bond-the safe delivery of our most valuable asset, our children. Along with excellent driving skills, they possess the ability to act as teacher, comforter, counselor, mediator and friend.

Since 1932, Rhodes has been on the road, dedicated to the children of the communities we serve. Most of our employees live in these same townships and boroughs, where their children and grandchildren make the daily commute to school on our buses. Currently, we have approximately 225 buses and vans serving seven school districts in Beaver and Lawrence Counties. We also provide transportation for Beaver County Head Start and work with both Allegheny and Beaver Valley Intermediate Units transporting children to Special Needs programs.
